How frequently do you update your products?
Products are updated frequently by sellers, but we can’t assure exactly when, that depends on each seller.
If a product is sold out but still appears on the site, how can I know when it will be available again?
If the product accepts requests, we’ll let you know once it’s been restocked.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you live in the Iberian Peninsula your order should arrive within 48 business hours. If you live in a country that is part of the European Union other than Spain or Portugal, your order should arrive within 7 business days. Please take a look at the product descriptions of your order to make sure there is no specific manufacturing time, as some products are made to order. If this is the case, your order may take the manufacturing time plus the shipping delivery time previously mentioned.

It means that your product is getting ready to be shipped.
